AFC Liverpool

AFC Liverpool is a new independent football club owned by Liverpool fans and run by Liverpool fans where everyone can buy into it and get an equal vote. A genuine grassroots, not for profit football club. It is aimed especially at those Liverpool fans priced out of Premier League football. Same colours, same songs, same community of Reds. AFC Liverpool play in the Vodkat League Division One (sometimes known as the North West Counties).   

Charities;   

Nicola’s Fund Callum Serjeant was a life long Red, and keen player for Warner Knotty Ash FC.  When he underwent treatment for his brain tumour at Clatterbridge, he decorated his personal space with pictures of his Liverpool heroes and welcomed gifts of matchday programmes and memorabilia from other patients and well wishers.  Sadly Callum lost his battle on 7/06/2008. He was 8.  In his last days however he enjoyed a family holiday at Centre Parks, courtesy of a little know charity, Nicola's Fund. In order to raise funds in Callum's memory, so that other kids and their families can benefit in a similar fashion, I am running a couple of events in October and November as a vehicle through which everyone can contribute.  If you can help, please visit www.justgiving.com/toddler.
